What do y'all do..

when everything is falling apart for what is literally the millionth time? And it's all your fault? How do you guys cope with it..? I've been going through some shit (no im not looking for sympathy, just advice) and it's not getting better. Whenever I feel like it is starting to look good again- it doesn't. It just goes right back down. And it's been like this for the past six months. It's gotten to the point where I'm completely stuck, literally I'll take any advice...

(PS, y'all can ignore any depressing / seeking help posts I make but I'd much rather be judged by an online community than my few friends irl who think I'm an attention whore)

I wouldn’t recommend drinking it’ll probably make it worse I would maybe ask to go to a therapist I use to go to one when I was younger to help with the horrors of my old school. I’m not depressed anymore nor have scary thoughts. I also would maybe pick up a new hobbie to comfort yourself. Relax too don’t stress take a day to yourself no one else. Maybe watch a movie series play some video games go freeze to death outside in the timid temperatures (kidding on the last one). Just whatever’s bothering you get away from it. If it’s your friends get away from them.

Honestly, this used to happen with me in school all the time. My best advice would be to just prioritize and be mindul of everything you do. Eventually it'll become second nature and you'll get to a point where you can ease up a little.
I will also add do not over analyze
